Excellent service from Richard Kendall Estate agents. They attended promptly and valued the house sensibly at a level that we were happy with but applied no pressure at this stage. We instructed them to sell the house and photos,EPC and For Sale board were quickly done. Richard Kendall carried out the viewings on our behalf of which there were plenty and secured numerous offers within weeks. We were then kept fully informed of progress right through to completion. Very happy and would recommend.

Used Richard Kendall to sell our home recently and I highly recommend them The brochure was very professional which got us a full asking price offer. We had major issues throughout the buying process but Suzanne and Donna from the Ossett branch took care of everything and stepped in when needed to sort issues out and kept us informed all the way. I truly don't think we would have completed without these two and can't thank them enough.
