        Shocking wait time for the phone I've been on hold for over an hour! Please fix it so you can book through the NHS app/online. People can't be waiting this long just to speak to reception! Btw still on hold whilst writing this review so now 1 hour 5 mins

        Best doctors I've been with - usually get an appointment same day if it's urgent, the reception and clinical staff have always been lovely.

        Getting appointments here is impossible! You have to join a mad dash at 08:00 or 13:00 and constantly get told there are no appointments left. The doctors ask you to book another appointment whilst your there, but the receptionist then tells you she can only give you dates when the doctor is working and you have to call in 2 weeks before to try get an appointment. Why do they insist on making it hard for working parents to get seen!? Just book appointments??

        Never have I been at a better doctors, the receptionist are so polite and helpful, appointments are usually always available. I had to leave this doctors for a few years as we were out of the catchment area and believe me I missed them terribly, by far the best doctors around as my new doctors was hell on earth! Luckily I moved back and couldn't be happier. Doctors are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to 5 star all around
