Jordan always goes above and beyond to deliver the best possible vaping experience wether it be helping decide what coils I need to what juices fit best with my ever changing pallet. The advice given and knowledge of vaping as a whole is the reason I continue to use smkd on a weekly basis. He is a credit to your store. As for the store itself there are a wide variety of top quality juices and machines to suit all vapers from the now and again pen style vapers up to your do it yourself mod monsters. If you cannot find something to suit you ask the staff they are more than happy to help.

Honestly I have yet to find an ecig shop that hires anyone with any kind of real knowledge regarding ecigs, coils,liquids and this one once again has failed on multiple occasions to supply the right products, you are overpriced and have no knowledge at all you sell a controlled product train your staff correctly,

Very polite and friendly and helpful, the coils have burnt out straight away, but when we phoned the shop he said that he would sort it out if we bring it back, would well recommend

Absolutely terrible service, My partner bought a vaping system from them which started to fall apart soon after purchase. I returned it to the shop and was left feeling that once they have your money they couldn't care less. avoid this shop as there are plenty of vape shops around who welcome your custom and care about your vaping experience. 0 out of 10
