        Shocking service! Very disappointing! Made an appointment for our 2.5 years old daughter, but when we went there, they didnt have our appointment in their system, and next few days even we called them early morning, they were always fully booked. Also taking forever to get prescription, tomorrow running out of medicine and still didnt finish our course!

        Really impressed with the service today, rang at 8:30, connected within minutes and offered choice of in person or telephone appointment (chose telephone). Received call back at time expected, and was referred to a specialist. Expected to face more issues with getting a specialist appointment, so really happy.
