Despite repeated requests to manage the bin facilities professionally, this estate management agent has continually reneged on their duties. Ongoing now for 2+ years, Trinity Sales and Lettings are totally incompetent and do not give a hoot about the hygiene living standards of the tenants they represent, and the consequences of this are overfilled wheeled bins and out of control fly tipping. Response to Trinity comments posted below 15/03/23. Wakefield Council Street Scene have stated on several occasions that the management of the wheeled bin facilities on the estate are the responsibility of the estate management Trinity Sales and Lettings including the following statements: 01/03/23 One of the photos you attached showed various household items littering a gravelled area we wouldnt move these items residents should book a bulky waste collection to dispose of these, taken to the household waste site or the management company should arrange for their disposal - we dont expect our crews to remove items that are not contained within the waste bins or which are fly tipped on private land. 02/03/23 We will also try to make contact with the management company for the Manor House who we understand have not provided waste bins for their residents leaving them to use those on the Woodland site - they will be informed that they will need to provide urgent adequate waste provisions for those residents. Stop attempting to worm out of your responsibilities Trinity Sales and Lettings. Manage the development of Woodlands Village competently or sling your hook.
