A local childminder has ordered of this company they have taken the money and are not responding to emails and she hasnt received the order Disgusting customer care do not recommend anyone orders off here !!!

I ordered a soft play set over 8 weeks ago for my daughter's birthday. I still haven't received the set or a confirmed delivery date. It wasn't cheap and I saved to buy my baby girl something special. I have contacted ee supplies and the time quoted has been and gone. Im at the point of asking for my money back so that I can order from a company that will actually deliver the items paid for. The reviews I read before ordering were all positive. I've been left disappointed Edit* After 3 MONTHS of me repeatedly having to contact customer service. my item was finally delivered. However one of the pieces was missing, I had to once again chase customer service and prove that the order was incomplete despite the invoice inside the box being different to the item paid for. I had to wait a further 2 weeks for the missing piece. This company leaves much to be desired, communication was poor and inconsistent. The service provided was horrendous I shall not be recommending this company and I will never order from them again. Bitterly disappointed, I will be buying more soft play equipment from a more reliable company from now on
