Being a previous employee of this company I can only agree with Thomas. The entire focus is on moving students through the two weeks to enable funding, with no thought for the well-being of students or staff, in fact admin took precedence over students and the Tutors who thought differently were bullied in to either submission or leaving their job, I chose to leave as my students and their learning experience is always paramount. The hours are long the pressure is intense and the remuneration is a joke, minimum rate in a lot of cases no overtime rates so pay rates were actually less than the government minimum rate of pay. The turnover of staff says everything, some choosing to leave without a job to go to.

Poential 4 skills is not what it says on the tin. They push out of work people through basic courses that they get paid for by government sources with the promise of a licence to work in the building trade or security industry. They knowingly overbook these courses and are only interested in the two week part they get paid for and in return give three days basic training which you very often have to wait weeks and weeks for. All in all it's another private company taking advantage of the unemployed backed by the government that does nothing for unemployed people.
