Ordered a part over the phone and it was ready to collect the next day. Also cheaper for the genuine part then it was for a copy part from my local motor factors.

Great service, I was very ill with Covid and my MoT was due and it needed all new discs and pads, but I was too ill to take my VW van in to VW Wakefield, so they very kindly picked my van up, did the work and delivered it back to my place with all work done and saved the day in my hour of need, I cant thank them enough 10/10

Had a vw golf tsi e r line had numerous electrical faults at least 15 times to vw told the software wasnt available when the car was released but still it was released with all issues the problem I had at this garage was I was going to buy a golf r my next car I said to the service engineer that if you cant mend this car I dont have a lot of faith in a golf r he then said dont buy one then so I did take his advice and traded the golf in and bought a Mercedes c200 since I bought the merc no more issues no stress I will never buy a vw again poor communication last time the golf was in the car had a full service parts left lose so to the turbo this was the final straw for me sorry for the review but this was the experience I received

Collected my new car today. The service by Tracey mcalpine from start to finish was absolutely fantastic updates were given regular and nothing was any trouble
