        Such an incredible range of yarns, so many colours, I would like to see some more chunky yarns tho but overall incredible

        Ordered a pattern online on the 9th of February and its now 21st feb . Emailed and ws told it must be stuck in Royal Mail or lost and wait until 14days then they will send another . Its not my fault its gone missing and another should have been sent when I first emailed
