    I bought a new screen which cost me over 200. The screen now doesn't work after a matter of weeks. They're now refusing to repair it. Warranty is only 1 week apparantly! This is totally illegal. No terms and conditions are stated in the shop. My consumer rights for a repair, is up to 6 months after a purchase. The owner stated he can do what he wants. I'm contacting trading standards as we speak. However it won't help my case but it will hopefully make them realise we have laws and regulations to follow here in the UK. Please stay away from this business. There are other reputable phone shops in Wakefield. The one I go to was unfortunately closed the day I needed my phone fixing. Update to owner response, not once did I use bad language towards staff, what utter nonsense. Please check your CCTV back, I noticed the camera when in the store. This will prove that i didn't speak to your staff inappropriately. The man in the store had no intention of repair or replacement. The man in the store stated you don't follow the law and you can do what you like. I have now contacted my bank and started the charge back process, and I shall await the outcome. Next is a small claims court on a matter of principle. You have a duty of care as a retailer, and the consumer rights act states we have up to 6 months for a repair. I will either get my money back or a repair/replacement.
