        We went to visit my Nanna yesterday and due to terrible traffic were later than arranged. I'd like to thank the staff for their kindness and understanding and allowing me to spend some time with my Nanna. They followed Covid procedures thoroughly which is very reassuring and could not have been more helpful. Thanks to Emma and the young male Health Care assistant who I witnessed treating my Nanna and other residents so kindly and patiently. My Nanna looked so well and seemed very happy.
