Disgraceful customer service. Young lad with glasses and black curly hair, no name tag, refused to exchange my drink that was off. Denied the receipt was correct and screwed it up before I demanded he look again at which point he still refused to exchange it saying "Well I cant take it back now it's open because I cant sell it again". QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Making money at any cost. 1.99 for a 500ml bottle of Ribena! Utterly disgraceful!
