I would thoroughly recommend Andrew Ryals. He successfully treated my long standing foot pain that had been misdiagnosed by my GP as plantar fasciitis. My pain is gone now and Im able to go on long walks again . I cant thank him enough

Couldnt recommend Andrew enough!! He made the whole process stress free and sorted an issue I had been to my local GP with 6 times over the course of a year in a matter of a few weeks! Such a lovely guy as well, turned what I thought was going to be an awful Process into a very positive experience

Andrew was fantastic. He put me to east about all aspects of my feet and got them both shiny and new. I felt like i was walking on air when i left the clinic. I will be keeping in touch with Andrew and he will become my regular foot doctor. An absolute gent.

My experience here wasn't good, Andrew is a nice chap for sure but seemed to have no understanding how Bupa works (who were paying). I was asked to pay directly in cash, which meant a walk to a cash point, no debit card payments ? I was charged 49 when Bupa say it should be 45, so overcharged. He said i would have to pay another 100 cash on next visit(to cover my excess). He offered an ultrasound or gait analysis, turns out he cannot refer to Ultrasound on Bupa ? Having contacted Bupa as i felt something wasn't right, they say he should never ask for cash payments (or any payment), all bills go to them, nor should he refer/offer ultrasound on their contract. I am now seeking treatment via another service as i don't have confidence in this practice or person. Bupa should not be referring to this practice i feel as they do not understand their obligations.
