Just under 5 years ago I had all my windows and doors replaced, including a conversion of a window to patio door and a door/window to a larger window. The fitters did an excellent job. They were polite and friendly all rubbish was removed and the left a clean job. The products are fantastic and I have had no issues until recently. I noticed that one of the panes of glass had a small deposit of condensation on the inside of the pane and the front door looked as though it was fading in patches. I called into the local office to lodge my concerns. Within a week Richard the engineer called to check on my findings. I said he would sort out my issues. And as promise he did. I had a replacement door and new window pane. I can only say Richard is a credit to this company, professional, friendly and efficient. I would wholly recommend this company. Thank you West Yorkshire Windows and my personal thanks to Richard the engineer.

We had a composite stable door and window fitted three weeks ago and are very impressed with the quality. Installation was not easy as our property dates from the 1920s and the team took great care to preserve the original architrave. We would recommend West Yorkshire Windows and give it 5 stars

This was an issue with a glass panel. Dealt with initially over the phone with Dawn in a professional manner. New glass ordered and fitted by Richard, no mess and again very professional.
