        They are fraud don't know how to write my name well, missing my others information my id number is different big scam here just doing time pass and taking benefits because of covid.

        They did send the tests, but the results take forever. Their support is sort of prompt, but takes forever once reached to achieve anything. waiting for day 2 test results until day 8 should be unacceptable.
