Oh dear, what a sad store that looks like its in the middle of closing down. Entered from street, couldnt find anything, aisle location markers cant be seen from entrance due to L shape design of store, no staff visible. Eventually found what I needed after walking back and forth. The unclear or misleading signs and the sparseness of the store had me moving around erratically like a pinball. A third of the store had empty shelves. Proceeded to tills, all tills closed and blocked off, apparently you need to use the tills at the other side of the store according to a sign conveniently hidden from logical view, only told this by a customer. When to the other side of the store served by a lady who wasnt the slightest bit interested in me. Told I had to leave by the exit near her till which exits to a car park with a hidden pedestrian entrance. No signage to tell you how to get out, so had to ask, pedestrians have to exit via a dingy unlit underpass, strewn with litter, cigarette butts, pitted with chewing gum and the unmistakable aroma of vintage urine, what better way to make your customers feel valued!?
