Updated review: Presale: Visited with my partner and Daniel in the Wakefield store helped us put together our dream bathroom. He was helpful, polite and honest. Really made us feel at ease and was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout. Inital Delivery: We were told that the delivery team would ring us on the day of delivery 30 mins to an hour before, this didn't happen but luckily we could work from home and the delivery driver was nice enough to help us load the items into our garage which he didn't have to do as it is a kerbside delivery. The shower screen wasn't in the order we received on Tuesday and we weren't even told about this prior to delivery, so I had to ring up to be informed it was out of stock and it was being delivered on Thursday that week instead - which meant another day of being home from work to accept delivery. Thursday came and went, no shower screen, and my bathroom was being renovated on the Monday. On Monday (almost a week after the initial delivery) the shower screen was still nowhere to be found, so my bathroom fitter had to contact them and ended up having to go to the store himself and pick it up on the Thursday. Again, we weren't updated on this at all from Easy Bathrooms, I had to continually chase and the screen was 2 weeks later than promised. Install: My bathroom fitter installed the bathroom, low and behold the shower was faulty. The thermostatic valve had gone meaning on its hottest setting it was only luke warm. I reported this weeks ago, again having to continually chase. I was told a replacement shower would be sent out to me a week ago, over a week has passed still no shower. So I contacted them again chasing. 2 days later I've been told that the shower is a discontinued item so they might not be able to replace and instead of offering me another upgraded version of the same shower they are just offering me a refund if they can't get a replacement. Absolute joke to be honest, the shower has been drilled into the tile to fit THAT shower, not to mention we got the shower during the sale period. So now we are going to potentially have holes in our brand new bathroom tiles from the old shower AND have to pay double for a replacement. Ended up speaking to the manager who said he would sort out the newer version of shower to be sent out to us to replace the faulty one. But Ive now had a non working shower for almost a month at this point theyve just took forever to sort anything out. The staff in the store itself are really nice but I think because they are part of a larger organisation which is all head office based it really slows down the process which ultimately leaves an unsatisfied customer.
