        Needed a new glass for my Citizen watch. Supplied and fitted within 20 minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable cost. Will use again next time any of my watches need attention.

        Would not recommend at all. Took my watch in for some gems putting back in and not only was I massively overcharged (I asked several other shops what they charge) I had to bring the gems back for five replacing a second time after he got glue stained on them making them look duller than the rest. He also replaced my battery and charged me for it without even asking if I wanted that doing. Not to mention three days after I had been to see him the pins fell out of my watch; Id had the watch for three years prior and Id never had an issue before nor was it loose. I refused to take it back to The Watch Hospital and went to TIMPSONS instead where they did a quick and cheap replacement and proceeded to tell me they charge NOTHING for gem replacements because its that small a job. TIMPSONS is where you need to be
