Went in for a service and also asked them to change my oil sensor with one I provided. When I picked up my car the oil sensor was still broken. They didnt bother to see it it had worked. And I was left unsure whether they had put the right amount of oil in the car (the car doesnt have a dip stick). Also when I collected my car they couldnt give me a service receipt due to something been broken. I called back as they suggested, but every phone call I couldnt get through. So then I physcially went back in, gave them my details again, got assured I would be emailed, but still I didnt get anything back. So now I dont have any service history for that year.

Wouldnt give any stars. Avaid at all cost. Took my 1 series in for duel mass fly wheel and clutch. The car had no other faults whatsoever the mechanic him self said there was no lights on dash. The duel mass has been fixed the clutch doesnt feel any different and worst of all the car came out of the garage with engine management light on and in limp mode show a drivetrain problem. Garage response is the Kobe weve done is ok rest isnt our problem. Service: Transmission repair
