Always been great customer service has Waterstones, whether it be delivery or in store use. Great friendly staff they always give good knowledge of the books and for what you request too. An I love the stamp collecting opportunity too.

I ordered The Wellness Journal by Philly J Lay. An absolute fantastic read and would highly recommend to everyone. I was served by a lovely member of staff and I didnt have to wait long for my book to arrive.
