Worst customer service ever experienced. My elderly mother paid 2k to for flooring and fitting. Comes to the day of fitting and it's they mis quoted for fitting which is double the original price quoted. Tried to get in touch and no one is answering the phone and there is no national head office. They've swindled her out of money and absolutely atrocious customer service. Avoid this firm like the plague.

worst customer experience I have ever received. very rude very poor indeed how this company is still going I don't know. the reviews are poor for the leeds branch to . will never use these or even recommended them minus 5 stars

Well what a con. Was encouraged to buy more than I needed for my bedroom floor with the assurance from the assistance manager that I could return this for a full refund. Well guess what, today I tried to return 4 packs and was told I couldn't as they had a 10% return policy (meaning they would only let you return a 10th of your original order, I needed to return a third. News to me. They then asked for my bank details to e mail to their head office as they couldn't do refunds on their card machine. who in their right mind would hand over their bank details for them to be sent insecurely over the internet via e mail. Of course I refused as I know this would be a foolish thing to do. In my opinion just another way to stop you returning excess flooring you don't need. I will never buy again from Floors 2 Go in Wakefield or in fact any other Floors 2 Go. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR RETURNS POLICY. ITS SOMETHING THEY DONT TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE ENCOURAGING YOU TO BUY OVER AMOUNTS.
