Just had such a bad experience with one staff member, condescending, rude and arrogant. No wonder physical shops are on the decline. I wanted to add a purchase to my company account and he acted so put out, and said I've put it through the till now. I just paid for it as a cash sale. Also went with with someone to show that there is a stocked shop close by and the comment on leaving was... that's why I buy online cheaper and no-one is rude to you. They need to sort them selves out! I won't be calling in tomorrow to buy the MILWAUKEE M123PL-401C 12V GREEN which you where addiment you are unwilling to hold for me. Already bought it online now. And saved 30. The fact you didn't want to redo the transaction says everything. And I was just asking general questions. But you don't understand customer service to offer product advice and help in making sales. I'm just upset I bought my plunge saw from you last week. Obviously just wanted my cash last week and this week drill bits not good enough for you. And I'll call you out, I hadn't even paid. You didn't want to redo the transaction. Just noticed you are responding to all negative feed back tonight. And thanks for banning me from the store. Screen shot the response and dropped it into my tool groups and WhatsApp trade chats and discords. Just to give people the heads up about using you guys. If you would like to apologies I would accept it and move on if not, I will keep my opinions.

Very bad customer service from their senior staff member with short hair, specs, and 1 of the longest serving members of staff, so I've been told. He is a very argumentative and rude person! He will smirk and shake his head if an issue is raised regarding there products. I spent jist under 500 that day and had few issues I wanted advice on. This guy clearly didn't care less nor about company rep, which is quite sad. This is how alot of companies fail through bad staff and managers not taking complaints seriously. As a result of this I will not be using Powertools GB again. The person needs to be taken off working the shop floor to prevent upsetting and losing further customers.

Fantastic service from PowerTools GB, lowest price and next day delivery. Nick also informed me of a free offer, that I didn't know about and made sure I got it even though I was officially outside of the promotion date. Very pleased
