        Extortionate prices. Misleading hire paperwork.misleading information given over the phone. Felt like the Mafia bosses had turned up to collect the vehicle after I demanded they off hire it,. Now attempting to charge me for preexisting damage!!!! Glad I photographed the vehicle when it was first dropped it off!!!! Avoid this business.

        Constantly promised wheelchair accessible vehicles then told oh sorry can't get it to you on 3 occasions then told on 3rd time we'll get a vehicle to you on Saturday which then turned up on Tuesday late afternoon, 1 hour before we received our own vehicle back, so 2 wheelchair bound children had to be housebound for the whole duration that Proximo kept promising this transport, had to cancel hospital appointments etc so their health monitoring done by hospitals suffered too due to this.... Oh and a note to Proximo Glasgow is only 30 minutes drive from Stirling not 2 hours
