        Bit disappointing. Wasn't fully satisfied last year but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Had an MOT done which failed due to a tyre (meaning marked as dangerous/illegal to drive) but was told they had no time to fix it. As a result I've now had to borrow a car for a week and book it in elsewhere meaning paying for another MOT on top of temporary insurance. I've never known a garage, in the 14 years I've been driving, do an MOT and then not make time for any fixes. Just feels like they want to do the easy bit and move you on - I get it's a busy time of year but still not very good customer service and shall not be returning.
