The care our dad received on the Swaledale unit was exceptional. The staff were so kind, caring and professional. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and support over the last few months. From the Ashton family.

Mum has been on Airedale unit for 5 months and has settled exceptionally well! The staff are great friendly and caring. There is activities if you want to join in but mum is not the type to sit in the lounge, but will go to watch visiting singers and such. We went on the day trip to Bridlington it was well organised and we had a great day! The summer house is mums favourite place to sit while the weather has been good. I spend a lot of time on Airedale and Tracey and her staff make me feel very welcome.

I would like to say a massive Thank you to the staff on Airedale for the care you are providing for my Mum. I have spent many hours on the unit over the last two weeks and the dedication and genuine concern for the residents is quite apparent.I feel quite reassured that she will be in good hands until my next visit and that Mum will continue to make small improvements every day.

Some of the staff were horrible ,They served cold food for the residentsI had to make endless complaints about my father been left in bed all day, my dad was paying 3,300 per month to stay, we couldnt get him out of there soon enough,cant believe this place is owned by bupa it should be shut down!
