Oates Flooring Solutions

I've used Oates flooring quite a few times now and I've always found them to be very helpful, friendly and trust worthy. I never recommend anyone unless I absolutely know they will do a good job and I've recommended Oates to anyone I know getting work done. Honest customer service too which is very refreshing.

My husband & I were recomended Oates Flooring by our kitchen designer & we could not be happier with their customer service, quality & finished product. David was a pleasure to deal with - giving excellent advice regarding the choice & design of flooring & being very patient in regards our deliberations on final products. Andy, the fitter, has done an amazing job with the install - professional, tidy & an eye for detail. An overall excellent customer experience & we're delighted with our LVT. Highly recommend Oates & they'll be our flooring company of choice in future.

First time customer at OATES and had a great experience ordering and fitting our carpet. David was professional, knowledgeable and provided great recommendations which made the process smooth. He was helpful throughout the process all the way to removal and fitting. We were very pleased with the outcome, again with David's help and guidance. Full marks for the customer service.

Review submission, on behalf of Mr & Mrs Bielby: "Wow, the new LVT flooring in our upgraded kitchen / dining room looks fantastic. It ties in perfectly with colour of the units & dining table. We're so glad we didn't rush in to the decision. You were so patient as we kept coming back looking at more samples. And then there it was, staring us in our face, by chance when we returned some other samples. Weve had a double thumbs up from the girls. And our neighbour too really loves our choice. She isnt keen on wood effect floors but she thinks its a winner. So weve won on that too & she's very impressed with the workmanship. Once again many thanks for your time, advice & patience.
