        They forgot to order my lenses x2, ridiculous waiting times, still carrying on isolation and covid nonsense, rude staff who did my lens check, pestering me on a Sunday afternoon to ask me questions about my appointment the next day. Overall I wouldn't recommend at all.

        It's more about making money at Specsavers but I don't think the Wakefield branch are any different to any other branch. It's their HQ who are greedy. And no, I'm not interested in sending you a message about this or filling in a webform, as your request to do this only gives the false impression your company actually cares - in reality the message us request, or saying you'll pass this info on to the local store is just a good old fashioned PR 'fob-off'. Instead, tell your HQ to start looking after your customers properly - bring back that family business way about them again. They won't listen though. It's all about the ...
