        Exceptional service from the moment I walked through the door! Welcoming and patient. Thorough eye test and support to find the right glasses and fitting. My glasses are really comfortable and I can already feel the benefit for my eyes. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

        At 51, this was my first ever eye test and found the whole experience to be a totally positive and quite enjoyable one. The staff were professional, courteous, patient and very friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me in a jargon free and non-condescending way and my eye care was paramount rather than an exercise in trying to sell me the most expensive thing they could. Something I have encountered with other opticians when taking my son. I can highly recommend Bayfields. They were excellent
