Working with MRG Ltd so far has been a really enjoyable experience. The application process is very quick as the team are just as keen as you to get you working straight away! The team are also very good at communicating both during the application process, as well as when youre actually working and are always fast to respond. They are also always willing to change your placements in schools depending on what suits you best. Lee in particular for me has been amazing, he always replies to me quickly - whether this be on the phone or though messages. He also has listened when I have needed to speak about my day etc and is responsive based on this. I have really loved working with MRG so far and im looking forward to continue working with them in the future.
