Phoned up to order some parts on saturday, spent 18 minutes on hold for someone to then pick the phone up and put it straight down. While it was nearing 12 noon when they eventually picked up the phone, which I appreciate was nearing the closing time, they could have at least said hello and taken my name & number to call me back on Monday. To just put the phone down on someone who was looking to order 200+ worth of parts is rude, unprofessional and not particularly good for business as I've now ordered the parts from someone else...
