I was in a dilemma where I had just come back from holiday and lost the key to my lock and was unable to open my suitcase. I had phone in prior and they mentioned to call in and they would try. Once I arrived at the shop, I was seen to immediately, took them literally a minute to open it up and as I was attempting to pay they said it was not necessary, just shows how helpful they are! I will certainly be coming here again for any lock / keys.
