House buying and selling, We couldn't fault Victoria and her team when dealing with the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new property. They handled everything swiftly and professionally. Lawsons recently dealt with the estate of my late father and the sale of his house. Both Rebecca and Victoria were extremely sensitive and professional at this sad time and difficult time. Although not a speedy job, dealing with the "ins and outs" of probate would have been too much to tackle without Rebecca's excellent handling. The sale of the house also went very smoothly with Victoria dealing with the conveyancing. It was a nice surprise when I received the invoice for all these services as it was much less than I had accounted for. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again the services of Lawsons.

Rebecca & Victoria sensitively handled affairs relating to my father's house & estate. At the same time as being professional, they were also very caring. We could not have done this without their expertise. Rebecca left no stone unturned in handling the estate & Victoria made sure the conveyancing went smoothly. Also their fees are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
