    Stay away. Appalling service, appalling communication and extremely slow. Never ever would I again use this company. I wouldnt have bothered leaving this review but I felt so frustrated and disappointed about my experience I had to share it.

    PLEASE AVOID BEAUMONT LEGAL! It has been more than 3 months now and I do not see any significant progress in my case. My emails are not answered, solicitor doesn't has empathy, rude and ignorant. I am first time buyer but the experience has been pathetic so far! I am hopeless now and worried that even I will get my house on time or not. UPDATE:: It took almost 10months to finish the process and funny that they had missed one step and I was literally forced to pay extra amount to complete the process to get the name transferred on my name. Overall it took 24months struggle.

    Communication with BL was poor to say the best. Had to call & email regarding our house sale. Came down to us contacting the head of department. With just 10 days left until our mortgage provider removing our deal. Our stress levels were at break point

    The worst experience of a "professional service" i have ever had, they were rude, slow, ignorant and totally incompetent they waited weeks to ask for paperwork they already had, hardly ever replied to phone calls or emails, when on the rare occasion i did manage to speak to someone i found them rude, arrogant, and totally oblivious to what was happening anyway, I genuinely do not know how anyone can be this bad at what they do for a living.
