Unable to book a table in advance for a party of 12 . Had to sit separate when asked staff if there was a bigger table for us to be seated together she was very abrupt stating only if you want to wait 3hrs. Food was nothing special I had steak was tough or knife was blunt not hot had to wait 10 mins for side order of fries . Few meals were not complete when arrived 1 meal sent back and something different had to be ordered . Would not go again . Definitely better places for food and organisation .

Went to Rinaldis Restaurant for my Daughters 25th birthday tonight, been to this restaurant many times & had such good times, great food & wonderful memories. Unfortunately though tonight from the minute we stepped through the door a lady we have never encountered before & hopefully won't again had the most appalling customer service we have ever encountered We had a birthday cake with us to be very bluntly informed they no longer allow birthday cakes, ok fine we will put it in he car we said, then asked to sit in a booth up top, to be once again bluntly informed prams aren't allowed up top ok again we'll take it back to the car, got to the booth asked for an highchair was for the third time bluntly told no highchairs allowed up top, so gave up & sat at a table on the lower floor, within a few minutes a family with two highchairs were seated in the booth we originally asked for, was obviously annoyed so spoke again with the rude lady & was told they were a bigger party, really?? They were four adults & children we were a party of 5 adults & children. Honestly no idea what her appalling attitude with us was about, really wanted to go elsewhere but a Saturday night for a booking of 6 is hard to achieve at a late hour so had no choice to stay as didn't want to spoil my Daughters birthday further than it had been by having no where to go. Such a shame how one bad egg can spoil a whole place where as I've said before is usually a fantastic night out.
