        Trying to give them less than a star but unfortunately can't. Still have the same issues in the house now in 2023 as we did in 2021. They don't give a flying Edit: we have been constantly contacting you since day, how about you get back to us maybe??? Absolute joke company, the issues with them have even made it in to the house of commons

        Not very bicycle friendly . No bike Hubs at property , no lifts , have to carry your bike 3 floors up . It's a bit disappointing because they have car spaces but have nothing for green friendly bike users .

        Absolutely disgraceful when it comes to dealing with antisocial behaviour. They will do everything they can to avoid having to take any action despite repeated, blatant tenancy breaches. They will lie to your face. Gaslight you and try to make out that their antisocial tenant is the victim.
