While the top-floor flat is finished to a high standard, we were unable to sleep during our stay due to noise from the floors below. Since this is the top floor of a converted building, internal sound travels easily throughout the property (chatter, doors banging, music, etc.). When we raised this with the YorGuest, they didn't seem willing to address the reality of the situation - which is that the experience we had was not worth the money that we paid.

Stayed here recently for a business weekend, we hired the whole house. Was easy to find and was plenty of parking. The house itself I was very impressed by, every room was done to a very high standard. All rooms had plenty of space and was very clean. Bed was really comfy and the shower was great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look to book again if needed.

Really disappointed with the communication and service from this company no one ever answers the phone or responds to your e mails. Although we booked a room, paid a deposit way in advance, and received the terms and conditions of our contract. 2 weeks prior to our stay we continuously tried to contact Boutique luxury suites and apartments to ask where and when the keys could be collected. Only to be told 10 days before arrival that they had actually let someone else have the property and all we got was sorry about that but I will refund your deposit of which they did, In my opinion the service and communication are extremely poor and the whole process was very stressful. So Basically, dont bother wasting your time and money on this company.
