Avoid avoid avoid. Rude staff, 3 times doctors calling for patients who are already with a doctor Lost paperwork, in with gp rather than a&e. 11 hour wait, people sleeping on floor

Tried to get through to switch board so many time no one answers got put through to a&e to find no one would answer the phone too there to then had to start all over again

People accept that extremely long waits are inevitable. Taking that into consideration some comfortable seating would be appropriate. Most uncomfortable seats imaginable.
