        Great gym, and its a proper old school gym I like. No pretty stuff, just straight to the grindstone. Owners are fantastic Louise and Howard and are very approachable. Will recommend for sure!

        Absolutely awesome Gym, I've not been for a while but looking forward to getting back at it. Always feel welcome with Howard & Louise, great knowledgeable instructors with 100% lifetime commitment. Great facilities. Also recommend Kickboxing sessions with Daz & the team, spot on. Josh
