        We had the boiler installed in Dec 2021. Quick and efficient to take the money to begin with, faulty installation only discovered much later. Taking ages to get an engineer out to sort out the issues, pure luck if they come or not or if the boiler is working the next morning. Errors on the paperwork, having to sort out with manufacturer. Overall a frustrating nightmare. Stuck with it for the time being, looking to change to much more reliable service elsewhere. L
