Bought a torneo connect about 2 months ago couldn't ask for better service from all staff at wakefield

Avoid this Garage!! staff are useless and are not interested once they have your money. We bought a car online & paid for delivery, was promised a full tank of fuel but it arrived with none, the service book & handbook were also missing from the car, i phoned the dealership straight away & I was told they were left on the salesmans desk by mistake. They promised they were going to post this to me but 7 weeks later we have still not received it, I have sent 17 emails & made 6 phone calls to them but still No service history, to top it off Ive been hold today that the dealership is closing down at the end of April & there is nothing else they can do. Hardly surprising is it..

Kept informed at all stages, after ordering. Regular updates either by phone or email. Made process very smooth On delivery a through explanation of the workings of my new car. Follow up phone call two days later. Very happy with service received

Took car for a radio code, an hour later come to tell me they couldnt get the radio out with out potentially breaking it so I told them not to bother. Within 5 minutes of getting home I got the code from the internet using the serial code off the display and saved myself 15 in the process. 1 hour and 30 minutes in Ford that Ill never get back, useless technicians is all I can say!
