Once out of rehab, no aftercare, or promised weekly phone support from any key Worker. Had to chase up own follow up medication for a month!

this charity does fantastic work in the community

There are very good and they gave me a place to live when I was going to be homeless. Staff are very friendly and helpful,they are always there for you.
