        Very helpful both times I have called . Sample sent promptly with a great description then lovely lady took my order over the the phone today

        Reasonably polite when you place an order and promptly pay but then when issues arise they do not respond to Voicemails or requests for assistance or resolution via their Facebook page or email. 48 hour standard delivery! Was a joke in the case of my delivery. Placed my order on a Friday but DPD didnt even pick it up until the following Thursday. DPD then didnt deliver to me until the following Tuesday!!!. Out of 48 hours became 11 days!!!. This all gives one the impression that after they've got your money they dont give a damn - I wont be using these people again!!!, there's loads of other suppliers out there so I'll take my future business elsewhere. Once bitten twice shy!
