B & P Windows

Would never use this company. The warranty given on my windows wasn't worth the paper it was written on.

Have now been waiting almost three months for a simple quotation for a replacement window panel on our conservatory roof which was originally fitted by this company. The owner/MD/salesman has failed to return calls on three separate occasions and I have now lost all patience and confidence with B&P. They talk a good talk but are extremely poor when delivering promises, customer relations is not a strong point. Avoid and you wont be disappointed!

Just had new windows and doors installed by B&P, I couldn't be happier top quality frame's, the fitters are fantastic nothing is too much trouble and they are True Craftsmen. My new windows and doors are stunning

My wife and I contacted B&P Windows last year and arranged to have a conservatory built, as a replacement for a long-past-its-best 'outhouse'. I've attached a photograph showing how it looked at the time. The work was all completed towards the end of 2022, exactly to the agreed schedule, and to a very high standard. The various builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers were friendly, helpful and efficient, and the whole process was entirely stress free. The final touches (flooring and furniture) were out of B&Ps hands and so it was not until the last week of February that we could actually begin using our new room. I've attached photographs showing the final result (plus a couple of images before the flooring went down). Even though the weather during February and March has varied between mild and very cold, we've rarely had a day when it's not been possible to sit out there. One afternoon in particular was registering as 4 degrees outside and we were drinking coffee and eating cake, with no heating switched on. I'm typing this review from the conservatory now, and there isn't any sun to speak of. I should point out that this is the fourth time we have used B&P, (previous jobs involved replacing windows and doors), so we know that we weren't just lucky in getting a good result this time. We thoroughly recommend B&P Windows, and would have no hesitation using them again in future.
