I had knee injections yesterday 20/4/2023 administered by Dr Ladak and two nurses. I was explained in full the procedure. Both knees are arthritic thanks to Rugby, and are very painful. Injections were suggested by the surgery Physiotherapist. Dr Ladak performed the injections for me without pain and expertly..result today..great improvement Many thanks to you all.

I had been with this doctors since I was born however I highly recommend an alternative practice. Some of the reception/admin staff are the most rude, unhelpful and condescending individuals I've come across. Referrals are not made after months and when chased up, you are offered a 'routine appointment' weeks in advance for an urgent issue. Complaints are not dealt with seriously and outcomes are blamed on COVID-19.

The surgery is ok, and the reception has gotten better over the years. As far as GP surgeries go this ls one of the better ones!

Absolute joke of a surgery. Rang for an emergency appointment was told there was none available. Rang 111 and miraculously got one for 5.10. 2 accidents on motorway and over an hour sat in traffic unfortunately arrived 10 minutes late. Was refused to be seen as I was late. The amount of road works around this surgery makes it almost impossible to be seen. My daughter has been in pain all day and could require surgery to fix it, but they wouldn't know that because they refused to see her. Disgusting service from people who are supposed to care.
