I was referred here from my own dentist to have a tooth out ,as mine wasn't able to do it die to my medication (morphine for my back issues ),from speaking to receptionist who was polite and friendly and then having my tooth out the dentist and her dental assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease ,I normally get upset and stressed and anxious but they were lovely ,asking how I was ,asking about my back and general chat made they whole thing so much easier to cope with and it was very quick thankyou so much ,totally different experience than my own dentist thankyou

After using the practice for over 20 years when Simon and Tim ran it superbly I yesterday told them I no longer wanted to be a client ! I have always got 6 monthly and over the last couple of years gone annually they emailed to say they were cancelling my appointment yet again due to staff leaving ! I emailed back saying it wasn't on and I wanted an appointment ASAP as I am now 18 months since my last check up , I then received a call saying they can't offer me an appointment until august as they only have 1 registered dentist at the practice ! I understand people have staffing issues but to blame Covid for it is becoming very tiresome to hear , I am pretty sure there are dentists out there if you pay people the right kind of money ! Stop blaming Covid on everything !!! Shake after 20plus years as my family dentist but will go private from now on !!

Best dentist iv ever been to. I was sedated to remove a molar, all i remember was the IV going in my hand next thing i know it was done and i didnt even know they had took it out. Thank God its out. Matthew Bullock and Philipa were both really nice and caring, also the reception team were very nice too. 10/10 Thanks.

Excellent,had tooth taken out today absolutely fantastic friendly service ,look after you throughout. Also excellent reception staff keeping you up to date how long .
