Outwood Dental Care

At this practice for 35 years then had a missed appointment and put on prevention list!! Disgusting reception staff are rude and short think they are something very poor practice no empthay at all!!!!!

Me and my son have been at this dentist for 4 years and always have positive things to say. Lovely receptionist over the phone got me an appointment same day. Dentist is clean and well presented. Jamal and assistant were lovely made me feel welcome and listened too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

I was registered at this practice as an NHS patient, to my surprise on my last visit I was charged as a private patient. When I queried this, I was advised that because I was not in receipt of benefits that I was removed as an NHS patient. I have never been in receipt of benefits, only a maternity exemption certificate. I received no communication to let me know this was going to happen and despite raising several complaints and messages left, I have received no response. On my last visit I received treatment for a filling, I am now left with severe pain when eating. I would not recommend this practice.

My children and I started seeing Dr Dhara during the pandemic! After a few years of myself having loose teeth and extractions that hadn't being replaced ,within 2 months I have had appointments and great work done by Dhara. I now have denture fittings but are not noticable. The whole team at outwood dental practice really are fantastic. Weather I have laughed,cried being very worried or super excited the team have had me. Dhara has changed my life because I can smile again with the greatest confidence Thank you all
