Just checked where my parcel is. I've been sent a picture of my parcel next to someone else's bin. Mistakes happen. Followed the link and I can book a callback in 22days!! Terrible customer service

Only still waiting for package's after 9 days ov them cancelling every day will not be buying goods from companies that use DPD in the future, I've had problems with there service for last few years not happy

Absolutely disgraceful, the amount of stress this service has caused, expected delivery on a Thursday, driver never turned up, waited around on the Friday, driver went to the wrong door and drove away with my parcel, I then had no choice but to pay for next day delivery, yet again waited and he went to the wrong address despite me uploading a picture of my house on the app, along side details of how to get to my address, had to get in touch with gift gaff who I had ordered a phone from, they cancelled the delivery for me, also had to refund me , this service is terrible, how this company gets away with poor customer service I do not know, I advice anyone to not order anything if it involves DPD, not acceptable and something should be done about this. Delivery drivers clearly have no care, and the customer service at DPD are not much better, make a change and do not use them

Only use this courier if you would like to have your package lost and then not be able to resolve the issue. Good luck trying to find a customer service telephone number. However if you eventually do, you'll find it's completely automated with no option to speak to someone if you have a problem. Great stuff! There is an email option. After you have completed all details and click send, it wipes the online form clear and displays an error message. Excellent! I dropped off a package at the selected drop off location, a digital label barcode was attached and the online tracking updated to package confirmed at drop off location. And then it remained like that past the scheduled delivery date. I went to the drop off location twice and they confirmed it was picked up for delivery. I submitted a lost claim and have been waiting days to hear any information. The "customer service helpline" states they haven't recieved the parcel yet, and that the sender will be able to say when it's been sent. No options to speak to someone if there is a problem. I am the sender, it has been sent, where is it. The tracking has now updated to awaiting drop off by the sender at drop off location. It was dropped off one week ago! Awful service.
