What an excellent experience!! Nick and his team, especially Jake, break the mould of conveyancing nightmares! Their communication is ultra responsive and extremely regular. They update at every single step of the process and are there if you need anything, no matter how simple. Their online portal is simple and user friendly with a colour coded algorithm so you can see at a glance where you are and how far you have to go! I have already recommended them to family also moving and the service is totally consistent. Not the cheapest quote we had, but you get what you pay for! In summary, highly recommended! I have never heard of a conveyancing company that can be as efficient and professional as Threemo. I chose them because they had high ratings on Trustpilot, but they have exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, they provide a visual representation of each step in the process with a flow chart, so I always know the progress of my case. Secondly, I am kept well-informed through email and system notifications. I must commend Nicholas Masheder for his exceptional efficiency and professionalism. He even works over the weekends sometimes. I hope he takes time to rest. Laura Stock is also excellent in her role, explaining everything clearly to me and keeping me well-informed. I am amazed by this great team and company. They are too good to be true, but they are real!

Not helpful at all. I asked Ben a couple of questions regarding the process which he ignored. He seemed to not understand my request about repaying our help to buy and was asking for irrelevant information regarding a remortgage. (We were not looking to remortgage in any capacity). I then got an email purely with a quote on and nothing explaining the process to help with our help to buy or answering my initial questions. I then sent a follow up email confirming what information they needed from us and got ignored. Wouldnt recommend at all.

Professional, friendly, superb communication, reliable, smart ways of working, transparent and easy to follow web application to manage documentation and track progress. Threemo made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process, extremely easy and effortless. Highly recommend!

Ive moved house many times and each time I have been disappointed by the solicitors. Not this time! First class service from start to finish. The communication is excellent and being able to track progress, read messages/notes and see a timeline is fantastic. I would recommend Threemo to anyone wanting a very professional, stress free service.
