It's a shame you can't reply to these comments. Majority of the bad reviews is due to people not having the right documents for collecting parcels, once they realise this they start abusing the staff. We're not giving you the parcel without the right documents. Ps get it delivered at home!! Hope this helps.

The bad review is for the rude and aggressive woman that works there that cannot provide an adequate customer service. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately I mostly come across that woman when I visit the store.

They charge you extra on card when it's illegal. She was rude when confronted. One way to lose a customer.. Reported to trading standards

Only giving 1 star as no option for 0!!! NASTY woman refusing to give me my parcel as Ive not got a collection barcode even though theyve marked it as collected on their end! Told her Ive collected before without a barcode and then proceeded to call me a liar. Having to contact YODEL for them to allow the shop to give me my parcel! Never using this shop again! AVOID COMPLETELY

AVOID, AVOID THIS SHOP. Would not recommend to anyone visit this shop. Very rude shop assistant. She told me that, if she receive any parcel from ebay on my name, will sent back to ebay straightaway.
