        Regularly have difficulties when trying to arrange appointments via reception staff. Most recently, my husband was advised by one if the practice nurses to request appointment with a specific doctor. He rang at the beginning of the week and was told that he had to call today (Thursday 27 April) to book for that doctor. He has just done so and was told he now has to phone on 2nd May!!

        Can't really fault this doctors. Pain in bum to ring at 8 and wait. But the new patch's website is fab! Makes life so much easier.
